Service Pathway/Community Engagement

To define more clearly the community service pathway(s), develop “no wrong door” and “warm hand-off” resource materials for service providers and implement distribution, education, awareness and training (2012).  To develop and implement a “family engagement plan” (2014).

Accessible service pathways and community engagement – help service providers know about services and how to connect children, youth and families to these services.

The Service Pathway Committee supports the Community Service Expo, a partnership between the Children and Youth Services Network, Community Services Network, Harm Reduction Task Force and East Central Ontario Training Board.  This event is designed to encourage networking among service providers, provide professional development opportunities and inform the community about services available to children, youth and families in Hastings-Prince Edward.

Committee Membership

Membership is comprised of a broad spectrum of community service providers and individuals with expertise in data management.
