École élémentaire Cité Jeunesse and Marc-Garneau will be hosting a Mental Health Fair on Tuesday, May 2nd.  The theme is stress and anxiety.  A team (social workers, psychologists, etc.) from our board (CEPEO – Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario) will be in attendance.

They will be hosting workshops for our students from JK to grade 8 during the day.  After school, the team will provide a workshop for our staff and then at 4pm or 4:30pm, we will be offering workshops for  our parents and the community.  We want to offer a workshop in French AND in English.

All organizations who would like to set up a table at Cité Jeunesse are cordially invited to call 613-392-6961 or email tanja.morin-kovacevic@cepeo.on.ca.

Also, for the first time ever, Cité Jeunesse and Marc-Garneau are participating in the Relay for Life!  The date of the event is scheduled for Friday, May 26 from 12 pm to 12am.  If anyone can help us with sponsorship and/or donations that would be amazing!!
