Sign up teens for Youthreach and SEED Summer Programs

COSP LogoCommunity Organized Support and Prevention (Quinte) is pleased to announce, we are accepting referrals for the Youthreach and SEED Summer program.
There is no cost associated with this program as it is funded by United Way Quinte. Sessions will take place at COSP, 121 Dundas St. East, Ste. 206, Belleville.

Youthreach encourages male participants to develop skills and abilities that assist in making positive and productive life choices. With a variety of videos, discussion, interactive learning and visual demonstrations, this program engages and meets the needs of your teen.

Program Topics include:
 Social Media Safety
 Time Management & Goal Setting
 Anger Awareness & Conflict Resolution
 Bullying, Peer Pressure & Self-acceptance
 Developing effective communication & Decision-Making Skills
 Healthy Relationships
 Drug & Alcohol Use/Addiction

COSP - Boys

(a program for adolescent boys 12 to 17 years)

*3 Day Program*
Monday, July 4th 12:00 – 3:00 pm
Monday, July 11th 12:00 – 3:00 pm
Monday, July 18th 12:00 – 3:00 pm

SEED brings girls together in a stimulating group atmosphere where participants can discover their strengths and abilities, while learning positive personal and social skills in an encouraging environment. With a variety of videos, interactive worksheets, thoughtful discussion, self-reflection and crafts, this program nurtures positive growth.

Thursday, July 14th 10:00 – 1:00 pm
Thursday, July 21st 10:00 – 1:00 pm
Thursday, July 28th 10:00 – 1:00 pm
