KERRY’S PLACE AUTISM SERVICES is pleased to announce that they are opening Reid Settlement, a children’s treatment facility for children with autism in Madoc, just north of Belleville. Please CLICK HERE to read the information release.  The following forms have been provided to assist you with referrals: ApplicationRelease Authorization Form and Functional Analysis Interview Form. Those who feel that this treatment program would benefit a child or youth with ASD may complete an application package and submit it to Diana Li, Director of Clinical Supports, for initial review by October 9, 2015.  Please send completed applications to Diana Li, at:  Diana.li@kerrysplace.org.  (CLICK HERE if you require a copy of the provisional licence).
