CYSNetwork News Exchange – 03/10/14

Hello CYSN Members and Community Partners,

CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION MONTH:  Just in from Highland Shores.  For the second year in a row, the Eastern Zone CASs are uniting to promote a Dress Purple Day, this year on October 17th, in order to create additional awareness around child abuse and neglect prevention in our communities.  We are encouraging everyone to wear purple for prevention on the 17th. The Quinte Children’s Foundation have purple t-shirts for sale for $10 that can be obtained by calling 613-962-9292.

And taking the “Use Your Voice” against child abuse prevention message even further, a video was created by some children of Highland Shores staff.  Please click below to view and share.
