Available in both French and English, 211 is answered 24/7 by a live person – not a machine.

Certified Information and Referral Specialists are caring, understanding and knowledgeable, and pride themselves on their ability to connect you with the services you need. Newcomers to Ontario can receive answers to questions in over 150 languages.
