More than seventy directors, managers, administrators and service providers from not-for-profit organizations serving children, youth and families in Hastings-Prince Edward, along with a number of dignitaries, including Todd Smith MPP, Deputy Chief of Belleville Police Services Paul Vandegraaf, CFB Trenton Chief of Staff L.Col. Dave Alexander, Quinte West Councillor Don Kuntze, Belleville Councillor Pat Culhane and Tweed Reeve Jo-Anne Albert, assembled at the Bay of Quinte Golf & Country Club on May 23rd to celebrate the recent restructuring of the Children and Youth Services Network.
Communication Team co-chairs, Maribeth deSnoo and Bonnie Perrigard launched the newly designed website that offers parent, professional and member sections featuring resources on where to find services and how to get involved in the Network.
Tami Callahan, Community Indicators and Measures Committee co-chair, presented the Community Report Card brochure which is a summarized report that celebrates and plans for the future of our children, youth and families.
Network co-chairs, Kelly Mathieson and Theresa Kennedy, invited all representatives from the more than 40 member organizations present who had recently signed a membership agreement, as well as dignitaries and community partners to sign a logo banner as an expression of commitment towards the health and wellbeing of children, youth and families across HPE.
